Your investment is $1,600. The first $800 will be due upon agreement. The remaining $800 will be due by 36 weeks. If needed, this can be paid in multiple payments. The fee is not adjusted based on the length of the labor.

Currently, I do not submit to insurance. I am happy to provide a receipt of payment if you would like to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company.
