Wife, mama, doula, and L&D nurse are all titles I go by. My passion for birth started in my own journey to motherhood that was not without its surprises, joys, and challenges.

As a trained doula and L&D nurse combined, I have had the privilege of supporting over 300 women in their journey to motherhood. Birth is an incredible experience and women should be supported at every stage of their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period. I believe it is important to give birth where you feel the most supported and safe, and this looks different for everyone! I am there to support you whether that is at home, at a birth center, or at a hospital.

When I am not supporting a laboring mom, you can find me spending time outside with my family, baking, and chauffeuring my kids to various activities.
